Specializing in brand management on cross-border e-commerce platforms such as eBay, Amazon, Alibaba, and SHOPLINE, responsible for sales, customer service, pricing, and negotiation to generate revenue for the company through various channels.

Also strengthening the brand image of MOS-Motor, a Taiwanese aftermarket parts brand, through social media advertising, content management, and reimagining the brand’s visual identity. This effort aims to propel MOS-Motor to an international audience.

In the year and a half of my operation, I have not only doubled the revenue but also established a strong brand image and trust among overseas consumers. I attribute these achievements to two main factors:

  • Use Excel to create a file generation tool, so that the business only needs to enter a specific form, and the software will automatically generate orders, warehouse management delivery notes, shipping letters and other documents required for shipping.
  • Using Excel to make price spreadsheets, you can quickly view all prices of products through different logistics companies and different countries, reducing the quotation time for business and allowing them more time to develop customers. The table can also be calculated for most products, so that when the exchange rate fluctuates greatly, the platform price can be quickly controlled.

Based on the optimization of the above two major workflows, I have more time to actively contact unfamiliar customers to develop, thereby increasing revenue.

In my off-duty time, I learn graphic design related skills and software applications, and reorganize the visual design of shopping websites, platform stores and product listings on a large scale, gradually establish a sound brand image, strengthen consumers’ trust in the brand, and develop more order.

In order to experience a different substitute service experience, I chose to apply for the management examination and take an extra month of training. I proved my sense of responsibility and management ability to the seniors and military personnel by constantly challenging my ability, and was recommended as the district leader earlier than the seniors.
