In order to experience a different substitute service experience, I chose to apply for the management examination and take an extra month of training. I proved my sense of responsibility and management ability to the seniors and military personnel by constantly challenging my ability, and was recommended as the district leader earlier than the seniors.

– Assign daily work content distribution, human control
– Conduct recruit training, about 90-120 recruits per tier
